RAY MANOR HOLIDAY DECORATING CONTEST
The board recently decided to do a decorating contest for December with multiple winners, rather than monthly "yard of the month" winners. If you have suggestions for this new contest or other holiday happenings, they are always welcome.
There are two green areas for all Ray Manor residents to enjoy. They are for residents and their guests only.
LOCKS
Green areas are to be kept locked at all times, and each resident may use their assigned key card to access the area at any time between 5am and 9pm. Please do not open the door for others to enter.
Keys will be issued to any owner in good standing. Renters are welcome to use the green area at the homeowner's discretion. If you still don't have your key card, and your account is in good standing, contact the management company to make an appointment, and we will have someone stop by your home with your key card. Please note: the homeowner must be present to sign documents when your key card is issued.
If you notice someone vandalizing or trying to break into or climb into the green areas, or if you notice the door left open or the lock not working- please notify the management company immediately. The sooner we know, the more likely we are to catch the perpetrator(s). It is very helpful to know the time and day you noticed.
CHILDREN
Children may play safety inside the gated areas, but must follow the rules and act in an acceptable manner even when unaccompanied by an adult. It is up to parents to inform their children how to act, not to leave trash or any mess behind,
and not to throw rocks into the grass or onto the ADA ramp.
PETS
Pets may be off leash in the green areas when supervised by an individual who can control them. They must have a collar on at all times. Please be considerate of other residents concerning the behavior of your pet. If another resident enters the green area, it is their prerogative to request that you put your pet on a leash while they are there.
You must clean up after your pet. Pet stations have been installed to make this task easier. Anyone who does not clean up after their pet risks a $250 fine from the City of Chandler, as well as having their right to use the green areas revoked.
PARTIES
Residents may have parties in the green areas. They are expected to follow all rules and to leave no mess or damage behind.
FUTURE PLANS
Suggestions are welcome, however we must keep in mind that the green areas are built for water retention and sometimes flood, also any improvements that would require insurance coverage will not be considered at this time.
