GARAGE SALES

Ray Manor has two community garage sales each year, usually Spring & Fall. It's a good idea to plan your garage sales on these days because when multiple homeowners have sales, they are likely to attract more traffic. Garage sale banners will be hung on Ray Road for 1 week prior to the sale dates, and it is encouraged to post your sale online to draw more traffic. 

Pay attention to the bulletin boards near each mailbox for upcoming Garage Sale dates.

BOARD MEETINGS

Upcoming HOA board meetings are posted in the bulletin boards near the mailboxes throughout the community. All residents are welcome to attend open meetings.

If you would like to be heard by the board, please notify the management company in advance, if possible, so your name can be added to the agenda.

MOVIE NIGHT

​Ray Manor movie nights have been fun for the whole family!
They have been held in the south green area with a huge,
inflatable movie screen, traditionally showing family friendly movies.

The board stopped sponsoring movie nights due to lack of participation,
but they would be happy to start having them again if there is enough
​interest.

Popcorn and water were provided, and we served hot dogs

at the last couple of events as well as having a bounce house for the kiddos.

ADULT PARTY

Refer to the bulletin boards for details on any upcoming event.

RSVPs are much appreciated.

Are you interested in having another party for adults?

Let us know. We need to know we will have enough participation
if we put one together.

We can have it in a green area or in one of the cul-de-sacs.

Keep in mind, the HOA will not provide alcohol, but you may bring your own. Bring chairs, coolers, and food & games to share with neighbors too!
