Next HOA Board of Directors Meeting

The next Ray Manor Board meeting will be posted in the bulletin boards throughout the community, near the mailboxes. Residents are always welcome to attend open meetings.

To provide the members of the Ray Manor Homeowners Association with the best community environment possible by doing the following:

Work to maintain the property values of the members.

Enforce the governing documents in accordance with state statutes, city ordinances, federal laws and case laws, in a reasonable, fair, even and objective manner.

To preserve, protect and maintain the common areas.
